Refund Policy

1. Digital Services Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has begun on a project. However, we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final product.

2. Website Development

For website development projects:

• A 50% deposit is required to begin work
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If you cancel the project after delivery but before launch, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining balance

3. SEO Services

For SEO services:

• Monthly SEO services may be canceled with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months of service
• Annual SEO contracts may be canceled with prorated refund for unused months

4. Hosting Services

For hosting services:

• Annual hosting may be canceled within 30 days for a full refund
• After 30 days, hosting will be prorated based on unused months

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for completed websites. If you're not satisfied with the final product, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
