File Preparation Guidelines

How to prepare your 3D models for optimal printing results

File Formats

We accept STL, OBJ, and STEP files. STL is preferred for 3D printing. Ensure your file is exported in the correct units (millimeters).

Model Requirements

Models must be watertight (manifold) with no holes or non-manifold edges. Wall thickness should be at least 1-2mm depending on material and size.

Size Limitations

Our maximum print volume is 300x300x400mm. Larger objects can be printed in parts and assembled. Consider splitting large models.

Design Tips

Add fillets to sharp corners, avoid overhangs greater than 45°, and consider support material requirements in your design.
